About Primary Tutors Scotland
Primary Tutors Scotland was set up in 2021 by Petra Baillie. Every tutor is a qualified and experienced primary teacher with a passion for helping children reach their highest potential!
Our online 1 to 1 sessions provide a fun and engaging learning experience which aims to build confidence and improve literacy and numeracy skills. All sessions are interactive allowing the pupils to be actively involved in their learning all from the comfort of their own home!
After an initial assessment, we identify the areas of support for the individual pupil and create a programme of work specific to their needs. After each session, parents will receive updates on their child's progress.

Hello My name is Amber, I am a primary teacher with four years experience across all stages of the curriculum and with varying additional support needs. A necessary element of my practice is one where children are encouraged to contribute, be independent thinkers and have fun whilst engaging within learning. I believe all learners deserve equity within education, to succeed at a pace that suits their individual progression and abilities. Whilst providing children with a sense of achievement, love of learning and resilience. I will strive to help support your child and provide relevant challenge.
